baking soda makes a good cleanser and exfoliator.vinegar, tea tree oil, and water mixed together make a good toner and jojoba oil is a good moisturizer.green tea is good to drink to help keep your system healthy as well as water and can be applied topically to your skin as well.some people use white tea as well.honey makes a good facial mask for any skin type and is beneficial in many ways.papaya, i've found, is extremely good for acne prone skin and taking vitamin and mineral supplements helps too.i've read about zinc being especially good to take for acne.

I wash my face twice a day with Johnson's baby wash it's really gentle and healthy it doesn't have any chemicals in it at all so you know it's safe because well it's used on babies as well drink 8 glasses a water a day it will give you less break outs and make you feel better, also i take these pills from the health food store called Perfect skin they are organic and have fish oils and omega 3 to help clear acne and make you feel more energized, and as for the hair I suggest plucking

Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better.
