I am 20 yrs old and I have hair bumps on my face. I get my facial hair cut when I get my hair cut with regular hair clippers. Should I use a razor and if so what kind (not too expensive) and what kind of cream or gel? I was thinking of gillette fusion.

yeah that works really good. use a moisturizer after shaving and they should be gone

If the clippers are dirty, that increases irritated skin where the hair was cut.

I would just get a nice electric razor. If your willing to do anything to get rid of this problem, money shouldn't be a factor.
