Lack of Male Attention: Is it the Hair?

I am a 25-year-old woman and people say I look just like Winona Ryder, you know, pale skin, huge eyes, and short, messy dark brown hair. My nickname is even Nona. I have a sister who is bigger, rougher facial features and looong brown hair. When we go out dancing she gets Wwwaaaay more male attention, even though I always get told (secretly) that I am prettier! Is it the hair that makes that much difference? Oh, by the way, I am relatively flat chested and she has bigger boobs.
