When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

I live in a small town and I am only charged $12 for a hair cut and $9 for my son(Great Clips), how much of a tip should I be giving? Is there a percentage you go by? I usually tip about 25% or more depending on how happy I am with the results. Is that okay? The turnover is high, so they help many, many clients per day and they don't do coloring or facial waxing, just cuts and styling. I would really like feedback from actual hairstylists if anyone is one. Thanks and God Bless!

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

It is average to give about $5 for a tip if you pay $12 for a hair cut. I am a cosmetologist and I have done hair in allot of different states from Georgia, Colorado, New Jersey and allot of other places and the average tip is $5. We aren't paid that much AND as you can tell by allot of these postings, some only would consider giving about 15 percent at the most, a few dollars. We're not making allot of money from this.

If you have a person you go to regularly it is good to tip them $5... if you especially love your cut throw in an extra dollar or two. Cuts aren't very expensive and people OFTEN have an extra $20 in their pockets. But you see allot of people going out of the haircutting business because they aren't paid enough and they rely on their tips to feed their family's, especially after taxes are taken out. So when you do find that person who gives you that amazing haircut, hold on to them and make them your hairstylist, if you haven't found one already of coarse. So go ahead and tip that $5. After all $5 extra really isn't that much!

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

You really shouldn't tip more than 15%, unless it's your friend or family member %26amp; they give you a discount, you're getting a cheaper hair cut, so give them the difference cause it's better they have the money than the salon taking it then only giving them a cut of the price, but other wise, 15% is sufficient. I'm not saying be cheap, but 15% is standard, to tip anyone. Any less ... you're a cheapskate.

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

15% is plenty

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

I am not an actual cosmetologist, and i dont cut hair, but my mom has cut hair on the side for some prestigious salons most of my life. from my mom's experiences, hairdressers dont get paid alot. they get most of thier money from tips. 10 percent is what my mom used to say is a good tip. 25 if your really happy about the cut. but thats just some people.

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

Pay $15 for cut usually tip $5

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

Depends on how good the cut is

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

hmm...if u like it a lot u could be nice and tip a little more than 15% {which is average} also if they were very nice then i dont see why not!

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

Yeah, I live in a small town too. Guthrie, Okla. Anyway, usually $3-$5. I really have no idea how much is appropriate, if the girl is really good(and cute) usually more.

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

Several people here are stating $5 and some even more. Do they even realize this is 33 1/3% of a $15 cut. That is way too high. I will go into the business if I get $5 per cut tip. These chop shops serve 10 to 20 person per day per stylist. At that rate the stylist can make $50 to $100 per day just in tips.

Now for you. A $12 haircut, tip $2 and $9 it is $1. This is about 15%. If you love your cut you can go slightly more. If you are giving too many dollars away in tips you can not afford to get regular cuts. Which is more important to you?

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

25% is about average, unless you're a blue hair!! Older ladies usually give about 50 cents and tell you to go buy yourself a pop!! You can't even buy a pop for that!! I've been a stylist for 10 years, and 25% is a fair amount if you don't have a regular stylist. I have regulars that tip really well, but I would never expect a new client to tip more than that. However, if you were really satisfied..we always appreciate the larger tips. But, I think your in good shape.

When you get your hair cut, how much do you generally tip...?

I think a general rule is 10%, certainly no higher than 15%. I know your hairdresser appreciates the tips, and deserves a little thank you, I believe, for a job well done. You might want to consider a special tip for the holidays, but a few bucks should be sufficient otherwise.

Should I dye my hair purple?

I've had it purple before. I recently dyed it to it's natural color for senior pictures and I'm sick of it.

I want a change.

I don't have a job and have had trouble getting one in the past even though I have perfect grades, no facial piercings and great social skills.

I'm pretty pale and I have blue eyes, do you think I should dye my hair purple or a dark burgandy?

Should I dye my hair purple?

well if you are looking for a job, then i would hold back on the whole purple hair thing. maybe try dying it a different color than it is now (but still natural) or try some highlights. i know how you feel, i get really bored with my hair too, and people always tell me that it's different every time they see me! but you have to look at it from an employer's point of view if you are currently looking for employment. are they going to hire someone with purple hair or with a natural hair color. maybe get a job first, then ask your boss what the policy of colored hair is. some places actually have rules about unnatural hair colors.

hope this helps! good luck!

Should I dye my hair purple?

yes do it

Should I dye my hair purple?

Go for purple. why not? u like it! If u can't get a job u can try out for the theatre.

Should I dye my hair purple?

Personally I love purple but unless you are getting a job at someplace like Hot Topic, it may be a problem.

Should I dye my hair purple?

Neither one, but that's just my opinion. Its your hair to do with it as you like.(keep it natural)

Should I dye my hair purple?

Dark burgandy

Should I dye my hair purple?

yeahh it would be so cool. if it would match your outfits and your lifestyle GO FOR ITT!

Should I dye my hair purple?

I guess it all depends....... of you need to look professional for a job then it's time to grow up and ditch the purple hair...if you are still young and having fun......I say go for it while you can.

Should I dye my hair purple?

I'd go with the dark burgandy it sounds pretty.

Should I dye my hair purple?

Purple. Way hotter. Expect it to lessen your chances of getting a job unless you are applying at a record store or Hot Topic, though.

Should I dye my hair purple?

ew. i wouldnt

Should I dye my hair purple?

Keep yourself natural. When I see girls who have colored hair I think they're screaming for attention.

Should I dye my hair purple?

Yes.

Should I dye my hair purple?

GO FOR IT!

Should I dye my hair purple?

I saw an old woman, around 80 years old in Kyoto with Neon Green Hair ... if it's ok for her, should be fine for you.

Should I dye my hair purple?

my friend dyed her hair a deep purple blue and it lookd amazing. my advice is to make it deep... almost black. It looks especially beautiful this way, becuase in the light it looks purple-black with a purple sheen. Its not so alarming as bright purple, but it catches the eye. Go for it!

plus, for the losers up abovee who say its childish, deep purple is less noticable and generally more accepted at interviews. Anyway, odn't lose your style as you get older.

Should I dye my hair purple?

its your hair, do whatever you want.

Should I dye my hair purple?

i would stay natural or go burgandy.

Should I dye my hair purple?

hell yh go 4 it gyal!!!!!!!!cuz i is planni on dyin my hair brite pink so if i can dye my hair so can u!!

Should I dye my hair purple?

neon blue .. or some shade of blue, to compliment our eyes..

you said you have blue eyes..

I think this would look nice.

Should I dye my hair purple?

No, shave it instead

Should I dye my hair purple?

Its your hair.

Good luck

Should I dye my hair purple?

i dyed my hair purple too...altho i only used 15-shampoo washout...i would try ColorPulse by L'oreal just to try a dark burgundy...if u are satisfied go for it! have fun!

Should I dye my hair purple?

I think that you should get dark Burgundy.

Should I dye my hair purple?

go purple!! wooooo i did cuz i got bored of being blonde it waz soooo kwl i loved it you shoukld definatly do it!!

Should I dye my hair purple?

No...why not some strawberry blonde highlights? The drastic colors of purple, burgandy, green etc are for the adolescents out there trying to make a statement and get noticed. You on the other hand should be thinking of your future?..college?..a job?...personal relationships? You are an adult and it's time to be responsible for your actions and move forward! Your hair is pretty, natural but, some mild highlights will be socialby acceptable %26amp; will take you farther. Best of Luck to you!

Should I dye my hair purple?

If you like abstract but want a job, don't go purple. Go for an espresso brown with Carmel low lights. If you are a DIY girl, color the bottom half of your dark brown, the the top half, a light brown/blond color...

take your hair into sections (like when you wear it half up half down)

use the light color first on the top of your hair then the dark and color it the same time.

then, wash it out really quick concentrating on the lighter half first, you will enjoy the results!! Good luck sweetie.

Should I dye my hair purple?

i would go for purple but if you don't like it and your trying to inpress a boy then boo you.

Should I dye my hair purple?

it is your hair do wat u want with it.... i personally wouldnt do it tho

Getting married in late August and was wondering what kind of facial cleansing rountine I should do?

Only got a couple of months to go! Right now I'm using nutragena (sp?) daily facial cleaner with microbeads, and then I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub, and then I follow up with a toner, I don't exactly know what a toner is for but someone suggested that I use this routine, so I did without any questions, as in the past all I have done is just wash my hair. I'm not a girly girl more like a tomboy (grew up with boys) So far my face has been less dry than normal, but not exactly dry skin free and smooth. Normally if and when I put make up on it usually looks as if I have dry patches and the make up is darker in those patches than the rest of my face. I want to be blemish free on my big day as well. Any and all answers are greatly appreciated and Thank you in advance! : )

Getting married in late August and was wondering what kind of facial cleansing rountine I should do?

first of all dont use a bunch of stuff on it. drink lots of water and eat healthy foods...fish are the best. keep your face clean and clear of makeup as much as possible and that should help keep your face clear and looking good! if you use alot of different products on your skin, that will only damage the skin and cause it to dry out.

Getting married in late August and was wondering what kind of facial cleansing rountine I should do?

DON'T TRY ANY NEW PRODUCTS ON YOUR FACE THIS CLOSE TO THE WEDDING. Your face is used to the products you are currently using. The only thing I would suggest is a moisturizer. After you clean your face you should always moisturize to restore the ph balance to your skin. Skip the toner, it may be drying your skin. Good moisturizers, Oil of Olay or Nozema

Getting married in late August and was wondering what kind of facial cleansing rountine I should do?

go for gold facial

How do you look perfect? (Flawless Skin, Perfect hair, coordinating clothes, etc.)?

Okay, so some people already say I kinda look cute, but I want to exceed expectations. How do I get flawless skin (I'm using AcneFree right now, and sometimes it doesn't work as well. And does saunas work?) , perfect hair (I just got a short new haircut, and i think I'm pretty happy with it. It kinda looks like Vanessa Anne Hudgen's hair, not intentionally though), and coordinating clothes. For the flawless skin thing, do you have any facial recipes?

How do you look perfect? (Flawless Skin, Perfect hair, coordinating clothes, etc.)?

rule #1 is never try too hard (witch i think you may be doing) and just try to keep a fresh original look to your style. as for skin care you need a good cleanser toner and moisterizer to do the trick i like clinique although your litte image thingie is a dude so i dont know what you should use

How do you look perfect? (Flawless Skin, Perfect hair, coordinating clothes, etc.)?

flawless skins means strop stressing. also, as a woman,. the type of contraceptive you are taking may be the cause of your acne. try switching to dianette. if in uk though, i dont know us version. this pill is used mainly as an acne remedy but is also used as contraception. if that doesnt work or with it, use a facial scrub with beads in it. st ives do a good one for pretty cheap. or make your own. you can use normal face wash, but add some salt with it. be carefulk not to get in eyes. the little salt beads will gently exfoliate and also dry out spots.sauna will help but only by opening pores. remember to exfoliate and moisturise regularly and try to drink plenty of water to flush out your system

How do you look perfect? (Flawless Skin, Perfect hair, coordinating clothes, etc.)?

Really, you should just be yourself. If you try too hard it won't help. For the flawless skin thing, just try to keep yourself stress-free and above all, happy. Then perfect hair depends on whether your hair breaks easily, is too thin, is too straight or curly, etc. Buy shampoos and conditioners based on that. And contrasting clothes, IMHO, look better than coordinating. Try a watermelon-looking one, or sea, or something like that, again IMHO. But be yourself, more than anything else.

How do you know if black hair is made for you?

I was born with thick beautiful full dark black hair, then it fell out to thin brown hair.

I now dye it blonde because it makes me look older and better.

Suggestions?

I have fair skin and perfect facial complexion, hazel eyes, 22yrs old

How do you know if black hair is made for you?

take your hair back to it's natural color, sweetie no woman wants to look older and with your hazel eyes and clean complexion, you will be a knock out, but please don't die it jet black you can high light it especially around your face

How do you know if black hair is made for you?

mmm, are u a gurllll,

How do you know if black hair is made for you?

black hair is soooo pretty with your complexion and hazel eyes!!!

dye it black!

Does anybody know any at home face or hair masks?

Or anything that i can make at home really. my hair seems so dull and uhh non shiny and im really feeling like a facial right now ya so if anyone knew any at home treatments i could make that would be awesome. Thanks!!! 閳俱儮妯嗛埦銉㈡▎

Does anybody know any at home face or hair masks?

For your hair, i love hot oil treatments. It's also really good for the hair folicles. And it makes your hair look healthier and shinier. If you don't want to go buy a hot oil kit you can easily just pour some olive oil or canola oil in a cup or something, put the cup in a larger cup of boiling (or really hot ) water to heat it then when your in the shower after your usual shampoo + conditiuoning put the oil in your hair.

Does anybody know any at home face or hair masks?

for hair, i usualy combine mayonnaise and lemon juice and cover my hair with it for about 1 hour. while i used oatmeal with honey for face mask.

Does anybody know any at home face or hair masks?

It's gonna sound super weird, but on a low budget, when I can't afford deep conditioner, mayo works. Yeah, it's weird, but mayo is like, 95 % oil, and I'm cheap, not thrifty, cheap. Also, for washing your face, i've found that regular everyday antibacterial hand wash is actually a really good exfoliator. I know I sound so like trash, but i could give a sh*t, if it works, it works, and nobody says ya gotta try it. :-) Maybe someone'll have a better idea for ya, but that's all I got.

What's the best way for me to remove body hair?

I have a trip planned with someone special to me in 20 days. To prepare myself to look my best, I've worked out, changed my diet, done facial peels, had a treatment done on my hair, had it colored and trimmed. The works.

Now to tackle something about me I simply abhore. Body hair. Thanks to genetics I'm light skinned with black hair that I've always been really self-conscious of. I've always shaved...all over my body from nearly head to toe, and because this trip is 5 days in close quarters to someone I care about, I don't want to have to worry about something like that. So here's my question.

What form of hair removal would be best for me? I know that due short time, I can only have one laser hair removal treatment that would help with the bumps on the back of my thighs and bottom. On the other hand I could just wax everything and still be able to tan (which I can't do with the laser stuff). But when I waxed before, I still had to shave almost the next day.

Help!

What's the best way for me to remove body hair?

I would have a bikini wax done, and possibly an upper lip wax (if this is a problem area for you), and eyebrow wax. The latter two can do WONDERS for your face, and you shouldn't shave your pubic area anyway, so waxing is the best choice. Perhaps you can use some kind of depilatory cream (a.k.a Nair or Veet) on your legs, or even go to a nice place where you can get the whole body waxed. Just be prepared for the pain! Take painkillers beforehand, definitely...Hope I've helped...

What's the best way for me to remove body hair?

Lazar hair removel morks too, it's pricey but it last for about 5 months. so you and your smpecial someone can get clsoe and intimate anytime anywhere. for those 5 months. Report It

What's the best way for me to remove body hair?

for one, you are way too paranoid about yourself. just shave the day before or wax. whatever. take it easy. you are going to be on vacation, so be yourself.

What's the best way for me to remove body hair?

i know how you feel i too have the light skin with black hair it bugs. i suggest to get a bikini wax cuz it covers all areas seen while in a swim suit plus waxing makes your hair grow thiner and in time less noticable while shaveing makes it grow in thicker and darker.

Haircuts for facial shapes?

I have fine hair and I'm pretty sure a square type of facial shape. I live in Southern Mississippi and I really don't think there are any hairstylists that know what they are doing enough to give me advice on what would look best on me. Does anyone have any advice? My hair is straight, blackish brown, a little below shoulder level, with grown out layers. Im kind of scared to cut it short again since last time it was a disaster, but if I can find a cute cut that will not make my head look tiny compared to my body (I'm 5'7, athletic build, 126 lbs), I might try it. I just need to do something different with my hair and I don't want to dye it.

Heellppp pleeaseses

Haircuts for facial shapes?

can you say layers

right on the shoulder would look so kute

i am a hair stylist it would definitely work on your description

one hint for shampoo and conditioner never use panteen same ingredients as auto car wax

suave same ingredients as dish washing detergent

Haircuts for facial shapes?

layers or shingles or something along those lines would be great for your head shape but before getting layers or shingles try trimming it to about shoulder length.

hope I helped

Haircuts for facial shapes?

you should do a cute bob, right aabove your shoulders. make sure you ask for LOTS of layers, especially framing your face.

Haircuts for facial shapes?

A face frame is ideal for a square face. Have them start just below your cheek bone. A side bang would shorten your forehead as well are rounding it, make sure your side bang is not too short! Length will enlongate your face, so cutting your hair to your shoulders would round it out some. Stay away from too much lightening or it will square your face right out again.

Skin and hair oily?

I'm 20 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I have noticed lately my hair and my face are more oily than usual I'm using the same shampoo and conditionair and same facial stuff ... any other pregnant women have this problem and if so what did u do about it to help?

Skin and hair oily?

Yes it is all those wonderfull hormones. I break out everywhere too. I never had breakouts... Its sucks oww the joys of pregnancy..I use chamomille its sooths and cleanses the skin you can drink it or just bath with it. I also use witch hazel tonic but IDK where you can buy it I import mine...

Skin and hair oily?

well its hormaones, sometimes woman get oiler skin, i just wash my face more often it helps but if you are conserned see a pharmisist or a doctor

Skin and hair oily?

Lay off the conditioner if you are too dry.

You probably will need less facial moisturizer.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

i am a girl and i am also concern with my facial appearance. my skin is okay but sometimes my face is itchy a little bit especially on the above of the lips. if i scratch there, the hair above my lips will be pulled out and then they will grow again but longer and more than before, and finally it will look like a moustache. i jnow there is one way which is to pull the hair out with a special paper like black head puller, but i know that the way makes we use it over and over again. what i want here is maybe there is something that could make the hair stop growing or at least it grow as thin as before. i hope you all get the point. thank you.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

well u have 3 options. u can use a facial hair removing cream by nair. or get it threaded in a salon or get it waxed. but if u do either of them u have to continue doing them atleast once a month.

so u can go for laser which will get rid of the upper lip hair permanently.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

I recommend an electrologist. Electrologists just burn the hair out of your pore instead of pulling it. DO NOT WAX! If you do, you'll regret it whenever you're 30 years older, and you have a mustache. Everybody waxes it, and it looks fine right now, but not when you're older. Report It

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

ehhhhh.....

first.. i m a guyy... so... maybe it wun be that ... true....

but as for what my sis do...... she... didn't go anything about it...

cuz the more u ... "pull" it out... the worse it will get....

that's what my mum told my sister.....

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

wax shave it or get it removed perminitly with a lazor

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

i dont know how to but i know dont ever use a razor and shave it. Its really bad.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

dye it

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

I do laser-treatment - once and for all. After two or three treatment your hair will be gone almost 70%. The darker your hair is the faster it will be gone. Bit pricy but it lasts forever.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

WAX!

I wax my lip at least once a month. I have been doing it since I was 19. I am pretty freaking hairy....and I hate plucking. You could bleach but if you have dark hair it looks weird.

The only issue with waxing is it hurts and sometimes can irritate your skin for the first 30 minutes after wards.

GOOD LUCK

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

dye it first to match closely with the color of your skin - that's the most convenient and safest. don't shave or pluck or use special paper - the skin may get irritated. consider getting laser surgery to eliminate the facial hair completely.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

laser hair removal. its expensive but its for life

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

There is such a thing as laser hair removal, where they kinda burn the hair off. I've heard that it works really well. And wait for it.... the hair doesn't grow back! Cool huh? An alternative though is waxing. I got my lip hair waxed and it didn't grow back for a couple of weeks.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

try waxing it or bleaching it......also have it permanently removed see your dermatologist for that

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

Okay go to your beauty shop where you get your hair cut and tell your beautician that you want your lip waxed. Hey, while you are at it, get your eyebrows waxed too, so you don't have to pluck those darned thingies any more either. Yes, you will have to do the hot wax thingy about every 2 months, but hey, it does work, and the hair coming back will be far less noticable. Also, consider electrolisis. (I know I didn't spell that right.) Electrolisis will permanently remove the hair from your lip, but it can be expensive. Good luck with your problem, sweetie.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

have it lazered off

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

If you have dark hair the best and most permanent way to remove would be laser treatment. 2nd best would be waxing, or bleaching...if the hair is not too thick.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

Try Nair, waxing, or get Lasik. Those will do the trick.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

lazor surgery

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

Excessive face hair can suggest a hormonal unbalance - check with your doctor to see if there is an "internal" cause.

If not, then you can use laser-treatment (permanent removal) or wax (periodical removal).

DO NOT SHAVE IT !!! It wil grow into a nice, rich moustache...

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

Waxing!

Or threading!

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

For me, I've tried both waxing and threading, considering both causes pain, but I choose the latter one, it's conventional but it's free of irratation and it's much cheaper. I don't know if there's anyone over your place are doing threading nowadays, but over my place here are quite common and is safe cause it uses only threads. ( as the name suggest)

It might take a little time get use to, but once you've done a few times, the pain you feel are just mild irratation.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

wax it or dye it blonde

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

Your best and easiest bet is just to use a face hair removal cream that is made by Sally Hansen and sold in drug stores or you can use the pre made wax strips that you just heat up in your nands, press on and hold lip taut and pull off - both are in the drugstore and by Sally Hansen. For darker more course hair the premade strips are much better and will last longer.

How can i get rid of the hair above my lips?

hai friend

i too have the same problem

i would apply turmeric above lips, but all in vain.i hope that we too soon get rid from this problem.dont worry most of them have the same problem.

Repost: I'm an asian with non-asian hair, and I don't know whether to cut it and if I do,

Alright, I have non-asian hair.. which is technically: wavy, not fine, at times unruly hair. It's the most annoying thing to control. And I recently decided to cut my hair 'cause I'm getting bored of my look.

I have a long face and my hair is permed (but slowly disappearing), and it's 5 inches below my shoulder. I don't know I should go for the short look or not.. or just get it layered.

With my long face and all, should I just keep it long? or cut it short?

I've been told I look somewhat like Sandra Oh, the actress. So I guess base the facial structure to hers. My "long face" is like her face.

(Sorry for the repost, I was messing up the post a lot. First time user and all.)

Repost: I'm an asian with non-asian hair, and I don't know whether to cut it and if I do, how to cut it.?

get bangs, sandra oh has pretty wide forehead.

Repost: I'm an asian with non-asian hair, and I don't know whether to cut it and if I do, how to cut it.?

I suggest going to an Aveda salon where the stylist can advise you best how to control your hair, and give you a new look. Make sure you choose a stylist that is an Aveda graduate, and either owns the store, or is a partner. Then you'll be assured to get the best answer for your ailment.

I feel like you did about the hair thing. I had long hair and it wasn't working out for me. Walter Claudio told me that I naturally look better with short hair, given my face and all. Hope this helps.

ok keep on convincing yourself that you are sandra oh...maybe you should keep it long coz long face have to hide thier hair oh their face oh their long whatever

Repost: I'm an asian with non-asian hair, and I don't know whether to cut it and if I do, how to cut it.?

Since you have wave to your hair try getting it cut all one length at your shoulder or just above. It will give you a new look. If you cut it to the shoulder you probably can put it in a pony tail and when you want to go for a fixed look your hair will probably lay so that it curls under easily. If not then you may have to go about an inch below. Because of the fact you have a perm too even though it is fadeing you can probably just wash it and go and it will look great. I usually get my hair about an inch below my shoulder so that I can either curl it under or wear a pony tail. I have very fine hair and also have to get it what they called tapered so I can curl my ends. Tapering is where they basically layer the ends but not the whole hair. Hope that this helps.

If I use Nair Facial Cream on my fine hairs above my lips how long will it take to grow back?

Well you can see then growing back in 3-5 days.

If I use Nair Facial Cream on my fine hairs above my lips how long will it take to grow back?

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

i have somewhat dark, or more tanned skin. is it possible to use facial bleach to hide those upper-lip hairs? Would it be obvious? Help!!!! if not, any other suggestions to get rid of the femme-moustache??? Only serious answers please

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

I would never recommend bleach of any kind. You don't know how it's going make your skin look or if there's going to be a bad reaction. Threading is the best way. Waxing too, but it's more painful.

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

Why not just shave or wax? That's what I do. Of course, I am fair skinned.

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

No, that bleach want work because the hair is too dark. Use a facial hair remover. Do not shave because then you will have stumble. No woman needs a rough upper lip. The facial hair remover will keep the upper lip smooth. Or go get a wax. The waxing keeps the hair from growing back as fast. But it hurts. So use the hair removal.

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

tweeze it out.

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

Definitely wax or tweeze, I know its more painful than bleaching, but then you don't have to be self-conscience about people seeing you up close.

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

wax it never shave it

Girls, can women with darker skin use bleach to hide lip hair?

wax or shave

What kind of facial bleach should i use?

well ive decided that my lip hair is bothering me so much i want to try to bleach it first and see if it looks ok. if that doesnt work well then ill consider waxing. but i have some questions. ok, what kind of facial bleach should i get that make my hair look not noticible and how many times will i have to do it? and for waxing when does the hair grow back and about how many years does it take for waxing the lip hair to pretty much not come back at all?

What kind of facial bleach should i use?

I recomend Jolen ive been using it for 2 years now and it works great. You just follow the really simple instructions it comes with. I do it about once every 3 weeks but you really just need to do it when you start noticing your hair again.

waxing is an option but my friends did it and i could easily tell cos the blad patch was quite noticible, a beautician told me it would take about 10 -20 years of waxing to stop the hair from growing back altogether but it would get gradually less and less every time u waxed. Hope i helped!

xx

What kind of facial bleach should i use?

Sally-Hansen facial bleach. My friend uses it and she said it works amazingly. Just buy the bleach at a drugstore (CVS, Walgreens...etc) and then read the instructions it comes with and you'll be all set.

What kind of facial bleach should i use?

Sally Hansen brand is the best.

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

I am worried about my presentation. I have it cut medium length with layers, but this dang hair dye won't come out. i have tried lightening it, but to no avail. ANy suggestions?

I have pretty brown eyes and long facial bones. Natural color is brown

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

If you like it keep it! Get a sassy cut maybe!?! if you don't like anymore go dark brown! They have got some awesome dark browns out right now!!!

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

Enjoy it! :o) If you don't like it, go to a really good hair stylist and have them strip your hair completely of the color and start over again with brown hair.

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

wuts wrong with pink hair? i wanna dye mine pink. well, black with pink highlights or vice versa. i say leave it. or go purple.

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

use color opps!

its hair color remover :]

http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.j...

you will get ur brown hair color fer sure! if use color opps

:]

what are you waiting for?

go to Walgreen's now and buy it

:]]

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

I'd go back to your natural color - treat yourself and go to a stylist and have them do it!

Or, leave it the way it is and don't worry about a thing - seriously, either way, just be yourself! you'll do great!

good luck!

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

It's pink? thats....cool...everyone has there own style

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

If you really don't want to wait for it to fade, then just dye it a darker color to cover it up. You also could go to a salon and have the color stripped out of your hair which can be extremely expensive.

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

If it's a veggie dye, good luck. Most veggie dyes are kind of harder to take out considering they're like a stain.

You could do a soap cap or you could just put some brown dye over it.

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

tease it and make it big and poofy !!!

My hair is pink right now, what should I do with it?

it'll fade away.

Hair cuts?!?!?

Hey yall, I need to know what style of haircut best suits my face. I have an oval face and I want to keep my long hair. The length is about 3 inches past the top of my shoulders, just above the chest area. Do yall have some websites, or photos of your own I may show my stylist?? Also, the closest celeb I found who matched my facial features and structure was Ashlee Simpson, I don't know if that helps yall.

Hair cuts?!?!?

I am a hairdresser....If you have an oval face, just pick your favorite style and Go For It!!! Oval faces can wear anything and be attractive, so let the creative side come out....if you want to keep your length, try some choppy layers and frame your face with highlights. I guess age would need to play a part in it as well. If your in your teens, then go with the latest trends and make it your own, if your older, say 30ish or working in corporate

America, you would definitely want something more conservative, but my personal preference with oval faces and medium to long hair is obvious choppy layers.

Hair cuts?!?!?

Cant help you out with pics but layers layers layers. You wanna get lots of layers because that will make your hair stand out from your face more, especially with an oval shaped face.

Hair cuts?!?!?

im growing my hair out to so if your trying to grow it out maby a trim would be best

Hair cuts?!?!?

just look on magizine website's, like your fave magizine should have a website!

Hair cuts?!?!?

Ya know i had the same problem and im so picky about my hair. I was scared when i first decided what i was going to do. I have a face somewhat like that and i decided to keep the length like you want to do. So what i decided to do was to get it layered and then have bangs that go off to one side. Not short ones something long enough to tuck behind your ear.

If you have ever heard of myspace go to my myspace site it is

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I c

There's a convention coming up and everytime I go to a convention I see people use pretty outfits but none look like the character, its funny but I wouldn't want that to happen to me. So with my description explained (tan skin, dark hair, light brown eyes, a bit short) is there an anime character or video game character I can cosplay without looking so mismatched? Now no costume seems out there, I would like a female character in which my facial features work best with, here's a picture of me.

http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/9269/...

Please help with this situation, the only characters coming to mind is Final Fantasy characters (since that's what I mainly). I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

Of course! There are plenty of dark-skinned characters, especially female ones. yeah, I am dark too, so I always keep my eyes open for character I can do.

I cosplay a character from Bleach, and she is awesome. Her name is Yorouichi:

http://foto.m.onet.pl/_m/1e3ae6246e26089...

http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/1657/...

Here's some more off the top of my head:

Miyako, from Kannazuki no Miko:

http://robkelk.ottawa-anime.org/meganekk...

Urd, from my Ah My Goddess:

http://www.madman.com.au/wallpapers/ah!_...

Aisha, from Outlaw Star:

Anthy, from Utena:

Black Rose, from .//Hack:

Kuea, from elemental Gelade

http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/As...

Road, from D.Grayman:

http://www.designchronicle.com/memento/i...

The awesome thing I also noticed in the anime world is that many demons have dark skin. People like Chrono, from Chrono crusade:

http://webzoom.freewebs.com/animateyours...

http://inferno.slug.org/jpeg/chrno_roset...

There's also devil Chrono:

http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d180/C...

and Aion:

http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/...

There also video game characters:

Choas, from Xenosaga:

http://xenostar.etherealdestination.net/...

and Telos:

http://xenostar.etherealdestination.net/...

http://xenostar.etherealdestination.net/...

So yeah, I know there are some more...honestly I only remember these because I am going to or at least thought about doing a lot of these character.

Then again, in the end, I suggest that you really try doing a character that you like. Still I can understand wanting to look like the character, I am piccy in that factor too sometimes, but I won't do a character unless I really like them. I absolutely adore Yorouichi so she is fun to do. Sure I won't lie when I say that I purposely look for characters I might look like, but unless I really like them, I won't consider them, and I have also done character that aren't dark-skinned. Still like I said, I can undertand where you are coming from. If you are a competitive cosplayer, then I suppose you will really want to look "just" like your character. Still that doesn't make you wrong for doing someone you don't look like either. Think of how many girls crossplay! LOL! Even I do. So yeah, the most important part of cosplay is having fun ;)

So good luck, and I hope this helped

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

You could try the girl from .hack with tanned skin.....think her name was darkrose but im not sure.

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

ALPHA TEENS ON MACHINES

ATOM

lioness

X-MEN

storm (those tight mini skirts-real cutey)

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

blackrose from .hack, rose from fullmetal alchemist, momo from peach girl, urd from oh my goddess, anthy from revolutionary girl utena, Kitsurubami from FLCL, mihoshi from tenchi muyo, Yoruichi Shihouin from bleach, Pirotess from record of lodoss war

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

you should be picking a character that you like and not one that looks like you. Looking like the character is only one part, being able to play the character and knowing what the character is about is equally important. Don't be a surface cosplayer where only looks matter and everything else doesn't cause it just means you're gonna be a half assed cosplayer.

BTW Try Kaola Su from Love Hina

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

You should consider a character which has some of the same personal characteristics as you, as well as physical features.

If your hair was lighter, you could pass for Momo from Peach Girl.

I'm a girl with tannish skin, dark hair, and light brown eyes, is there any anime character I can cosplay?

Huh?

Try worrying about your grade point average honey!

That's what will matter later in life.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

So I hate my boring brown hair...what color should I dye it?

http://s234.photobucket.com/albums/ee34/...

sorry about the facial expression....

Thanks a bunch!

~Brittany~

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

You look hot just the way you are!!!!!

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

a deep chestnut w/ sparse caramel highlights.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

you wear contacts don't you. ur left eye is red. and you should dye your hair bright green.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

hehe...how about blonde?idk

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

i think you would look nice with darker brown hair like chocolate brown! and when you get bored of that, add a little bit of butterscotch highlights!

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

blonde, no question.

and nice stoned eyes, by the wayy.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

you should try blonde. i could see you as a blonde. by the way, your eyes are really pretty!

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

You could go a more blonder look or go for a more brown look. Good luck!

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

I think that it would look best as a blonde/brown. A sandy blondy.

If you know what I mean?

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

Your light colored so I would say go darker, it may make your skin look better, but I'm not saying you have bad skin =).

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

I think it's nice the way it is but blonde would be hot.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

You should try going dark blonde!

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

i like your hair but if you really want to die then thats fine maybe a really light brown golden blonde carmel or even dirty blonde

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

one of these colors

http://www.flickr.com/photos/gossipgirln...

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

I really love your hair! dying your hair can damage it so bad. Trust me, I know! But, if you're looking for a change, you might want to consider highlights, or a lighting solution called Sun In. You can find it at Wal Mart. I've also heard that you can put conditioner in your hair and lay out in the sun and it will lighten your hair. Lemon juice also works well as a lightener.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

u look fine like

that and puls i dnt tihnk any othre colour woul go with you cos your compleccion

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

i like how it is in the pic.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

I think the color really suits you. I don't think you should die it.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

I agree with the first answer. I would do a nice rich brown with the caramel highlights. If not that, then just keep your hair color but do highlights and lowlights. Either option will give your hair some warmth and dimension.

Do not go blonde, do not try this yourself! DO NOT USE SUN-IN like someone else told you unless you want your hair to be orange and break off!

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

Idk, but maybe you could dye your hair black but not too black and your hair color is good the way it is.

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

Any color would look good on you, I think!

(No, I'm not gay, that's just my opinion!)

What color should I dye my hair (pictures inside)?

awww. it's hurt me why you said you want to dye it b/c it's good that way it is but if you want to dye it I will say straight long blonde or just blonde it will be even hotter and cute too my ex girlfriend did and she get to keep her brown hair to and it was a good look for her. but its your choice. do what make you happy and beautiful. bye and good luck.

Question about body hair.?

I am a guy with pretty thick body hair. But I would like to make it thicker. Is there a natural way to do this? I am genetically disposed towards a full facial beard which I grow out in winter and find it aids in keeping my face warm. Is there a way I can grow out my body hair just a little more to make it thicker.

Question about body hair.?

shave it everyday in summer ...watch it grow in winter...I have same situation....greek

Question about body hair.?

Shave it

Shave it

Question about body hair.?

nope, what you got you can have, cant understand why u would want more?

Question about body hair.?

Well there is the old wives tale, that if you shave your hair it will grow in thicker.

I doubt very much there is anything you can do. Just invest in a good pair of long johns, it should do the trick, if your hair can't!

Question about body hair.?

actually, ive always heard vitamins help with hair growth, so if you buy some caplets, it may work, if not im sure there is something you can look up on google. good luck!

Question about body hair.?

ur a sick bastard ...... girls see this u should put guys only ....well if some gurls r lezbean then they can answer

Question about body hair.?

Nope. Old wive's tales about shaving hair to make it thicker is just that, old wives tales. You could maybe try to take a multivitamin to keep the hair that you have really healthy so that the hair will preform at it's best for you, but that is it. Good luck, my hairy friend!

Question about body hair.?

put a good gel in summer?

don't put oil at all?

Question about body hair.?

Wow!!! This is new to me.... Its kind of cool though...

Some say shaving causes hair to grow back coarser (thicker)... my husband swears this is not true though. However, as a woman who shaves her legs, I think it is.

So my solution: Shave your body hair off a couple of times and see how it grows back. Just make sure to have lotion handy for the itch.

Best wishes... T.

I need advice on a good facial moisturizer.?

I am 29 years old. Until the last few years, I have always been complimented on my youthful appearing skin--but age is catching up with me. It seemed like overnight I no longer have beautiful skin. Without makeup I look tired and have undereye dark circles and fine lines. The texture of my skin is awful now, and I no longer have a healthy glow. I received my first facial yesterday, and the tech told me I need to start using a stronger facial moisturizer and that she said I have already started to lose some firmness along my jawbone. Please help! I have dry skin with an oily t-zone. Also, my complexion is very fair with dark hair.

I need advice on a good facial moisturizer.?

i have the same combination skin as you do, except i guess im younger.i have acne, so i use proactiv, but my mom says that most facial products dont work. egg whites are supposed to work as a mask.if you seperate the egg whites and then use the whites as a mask on your jawline or around your eyes, its supposed to help with the wrinkles and such. one treatment isnt good for this, but with several consecutive ones you may see results. and i use aveeno oil free spf 15 ultimate clearing moisturizer:it moisturizes your whole face, even the oily spots, without making your face especially shiny.

I need advice on a good facial moisturizer.?

I can give you the answer from personal experience, Search Bee Luscious Cosmetics on line and start usuing the Skin Vitality Mineral Mist , the Hydrating Cream Concentrate and the Royal Gelee Rejuvenating Mask you will be thrilled at the results. Anyway check them out its excellent quality and marvelous healthy results. also their on line customer service will give you fast answers and help you a ton that is another wonderful compliment I can give this company they truly care about their customers and choose the right products for them. Good Luck..

I need advice on a good facial moisturizer.?

Mary Kay is junk Hun don't even fall into that trap. They are all pushy sales people, the product quality is very inferior but high priced because of all the people in the pyramid scam. Anyway to answer your question...

I am in my forties and I have found great success using Bee Luscious Cosmetics, I highly recommend the hydrating cream and the Vital Skin care line. I have noticed not to mention my own husband has noticed my skin looks firmer and younger and he never notices anything. I also have started using the Hydra Firm throat and bust formula and I totally love it , its truly phenomenal products. Good Luck

I need advice on a good facial moisturizer.?

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Question about hair products; hairdressers, beauty experts, help!?

I currently use Biolage shampoo %26amp; conditioner and I love it. I also have taken to straightening my hair with a flat iron.

I work at Bath and Body Works, and we always recommend with our facial products to use products from the same line for best results.

my question is: since I already use Biolage, should I also use Biolage styling products for best results? Or does it make a difference?

Also, I straighten my hair by sectioning it off and mixing serum with mousse to help straighten it. Is there a better way? What products should I use for the best results? My hair is pretty

average, not course, curly, etc.

Thanks! I welcome responses both from hair expects and from those of you who have used different products and have some advice!

Question about hair products; hairdressers, beauty experts, help!?

All the advice I've ever been given is NOT to put serum on before heat-- it's like heating oil in a frypan! The mousse is fine though...

I don't really think you need to use ALL products from the same line- maybe shampoo and conditioner together as they are made to work in sync, but best to just find what works best for your own hair.

Helpful??

Question about hair products; hairdressers, beauty experts, help!?

Honestly, as far as I can tell companies just say to use the same products for best results so people buy more of their products. I've never noticed any improvement at all of the effect of a hair product if I used it w/ other products from the same company.

Also, you might want to try hairspray for straightening, I find it keeps hair straighter WAY longer than mousse or gel! I use Fructis, it's awesome.

Question about hair products; hairdressers, beauty experts, help!?

first question, no no difference although the company rep will tell you there is, it all depends on your hair type as long as you use a quality product there is no need to stay with one brand . second question as a trial, put in no product, sectioin and straighten as normal, and then put in a small amount of serum, serum is used to defrizz not straighten, with less product your hair will be less oily and the straighten will last longer (hairdresser with 14 yrs exp)

Permanent hair removal for upper lip hair?

I have a problem on upper lip hair and I really hate it. It boosts down my self-confidence. I tried waxing using Sally Hansen. It is quite effective for only 3 weeks. It's true that hair doesn't grow thicker after waxing but more hair grows. Also, waxing dries up my upper lip skin.

I'm planning to have a laser hair removal (electrolysis or IPL, whatever) but I really don't know where. Is it okay even if I'm only 18 years old? Where would you recommend? I'm trying to find a trusted clinic but also not that much expensive.

The lowest price I saw was on Let's Face It, costs about 1800php.

I also saw the adds of Facial Care Centre but I think it's very expensive.

Can you give me some advice or recommendations?

Permanent hair removal for upper lip hair?

If there's not too much of it, do you really need to do anything? Most guys are OK about women with a slight moustache.

If you do decide you have to do something, then there isn't a simple answer.

Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of

1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many

2) your body producing high levels of testosterone

The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in your bloodstream.

Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.

As far as removing it is concerned it's worth remembering that

* Waxing, plucking, threading, epilating all pull the hair out by the roots and where the growth is hormonally-driven can actually stimulate a dormant follicle into producing more hair quicker. They also distort the root if done repeatedly, leading to hair growing at strange angles. And you've got to let the hair grow to quite a length before you can repeat the exercise. It can also damage the skin and discolor it. Long-term use of waxing also causes bad wrinkles.

* Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove the hair are very likely to burn the skin, cause swelling and cause long-term discoloration of the skin.

* Laser is also liable to cause burning and discoloration and in any case only works effectively on a dark hair/light skin combinantion.

* Electrolysis is very liable to cause scarring and discoloration of the skin.

Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

Permanent hair removal for upper lip hair?

Today, laser hair removal is a true blessing for women and men who have a chronic problem with unwanted hair growth. This is not the fine, peach-fuzz hair hair that most people have on their faces, but the coarser, darker hair that sprouts in areas of th ebody where it is not desired. These include the chin, upper lip, underarms, legs and the hairy chests of men. Nearly, 20 percent of those seeking laser hair removal are men.

Laser hair removal works through a light wavelength that targets these dark colored materials on your skin. This is usually the pigment of the hair. It works through a hand held device that targets these areas and removes hair from them. It works the best on those with fair colored skin and dark colored hair. The darker the skin閳ユ獨 pigment the more difficult the procedure of laser hair removal will work on you.

Laser hair removal is quite expensive as well, ranging from several hundred dollars to over $1000 per session depending on the affected body area.

Permanent hair removal for upper lip hair?

I have the same problem, but I'm only 13. So I can't do much about it but wax it myself. I think you should continue waxing %26amp; maybe save up for a permanent hair removal =)

Permanent hair removal for upper lip hair?

make sure to do reasearch on these places as that procedure does sometimes cause scaring. It doesn't happen all the time but it does happen. I was going to get my side burns done and it was only going to cost me $600 for both so keep searching in your area and I am sure you will find something. Again it doesn't matter your age ...it actually depends on your skin type, the laser being used and the operator of the laser. Hope you find a good one.

Mary Kay is junk Hun don't even fall into that trap. They are all pushy sales people, the product quality is very inferior but high priced because of all the people in the pyramid scam. Anyway to answer your question...

I am in my forties and I have found great success using Bee Luscious Cosmetics, I highly recommend the hydrating cream and the Vital Skin care line. I have noticed not to mention my own husband has noticed my skin looks firmer and younger and he never notices anything. I also have started using the Hydra Firm throat and bust formula and I totally love it , its truly phenomenal products. Good Luck

What can I do for excessive facial sweating??........?

I'm suffering from excessive facial sweating and have been for many years now. I'm 40 years old now and I cannot stand this anymore!! My face/ forehead/hair and neck will all be absolutely drenched in dripping sweat shortly after I get out of the shower in the morning. I can do my hair for church and 15 minutes into it I look like I just stepped out of the shower again. The sweat is running down my face and my neck. I carry a washclothe with me EVERYWHERE I go. My husband calls it my "holy hanky". Well, that's not even funny anymore. I am sooooo miserable. I've had people come up to me in stores and ask me if I'm alright. I hate this people. I've been tested for thyroid and everything else under the sun. The only test that came back off was my estrogen level and that was 35. I take medications but none of them should be causing this kind of a problem. My dr. did put me on a low HRT but I don't think it's doing anything for me. PLEASE HELP ME!! This is VERY embarassing for me. (cry)

Hair Cut Question for ROund face?

I need a hair style for a new hair cut before school. My hair is wavey, Dirty Blond with natural highlight and has a lot of volume. My facial structure is quite round. can yoiu please help me with a picture of a good haircut for me??!!! Thanks!!

Hair Cut Question for ROund face?

stay away from short hair cuts, it makes your face look more chubbier. if u get long-ish hair cut, then it makes ur face look more slim.

Hair Cut Question for ROund face?

Your goal is to minimize the roundness of your face as much as possible. Kirsten Dunst, a classic round face, shows off a great cut for round faces here.

Why this cut works:

The gentle waves help deflect from the roundness of her face. Extremely curly or flat hair only accentuates roundness. She has just the right amount of curl here.

Styles that fall just below the chin helps elongate the face. You have to be careful with short cuts.

Kirsten's hair hairs layers, which is important on a round face. You have to be careful with short haircuts, your head can appear rounder with a bob, especially if you were also blessed with a short neck.

Wispy ends are more flattering to a round face than blunt, one-length ends that widen the face.

Hair Cut Question for ROund face?

Long straight hair w/face framing layers that starts near the chin...A v-shape cut looks nice too.

Hair Cut Question for ROund face?

i have a round face too and wavey hair i got mine cut one inch above shoulders and slightly shorter in the back

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

I've been growing my hair out for about four months now, so it hangs over my forehead, and lately I've been getting a ton of pimples under my hair. I've got thick hair, and its kinda oily (inherited from my dad) and I really don't want to cut it but my mom says that it would keep me from getting really bad acne. I wash it every day or so, and use an Avon Anti-Acne facial wash. By the way, I'm a12 1/2 year old male and want to keep my awesome mane but don't want acne. So my question is: Do I need to get my hair cut to prevent an acne breakout, or is there some other way that's not expensive to take down the pimples and keep my hair.

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

hey,, you know,, the answer is simple,, your mother is 100% right,, you really need to cut your hair,, specially if it's thick and oily,, it will not only cause you pimple,, but your face will look dirty too.. i think,, because i'm a girl you know,.. it's best,, when boys have that nice, clean cut,, not covering their face, to see the handsome face hehehehehe %26gt;:) and neatly comb.. that,, you really need to cut it,, and make it a bit thin,, don't make it thick and long,, specially when you know that it is oily,, it will only look bad and yucky,.. so cut it,,.. have a neat cut,, to attract more girls.. hope i was of good use to you.. good luck on whatever you decide.. god bless you!

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

You are not getting pimples from your hair.

You're getting pimples because you aren't washing your face enough. (or your hair).

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

good chance it is!

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

Your mom is right. The oil from your hair is making your face break out. Try washing your hair with Neutragena T Gel. It might help. Or comb your hair off your forehead.

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

Wash you face in the morning and at night.

Don't put on too much lotion on your forehead.

Put on medication that works all day so it'll protect your skin from your hair.

Try clarifying shampoo to get the gunk and oil out of your hair.

Avoid touching your hair, it'll get more oil on it.

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

Yeah, you're getting pimples from the oils in your hair. Just wash your face, put some benzoyl peroxide on it, and pin it back until your breakouts clear up.

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

i would suggest buying a shampoo that would take the oil out of your hair. Any shampoo that is made for oily hair will take it right out. also DONT use conditioner on the top of your head. try to only use it on the ends. and try less conditoner. Also keep in mind that acne is hereditary too,and your 12 --your hormones are raging. So try to boost up your skin regiment to a routine of scrubbing toning etc. you can look in the walmart near you and find sets of daily regimine for your skin. You should see a difference in your skin and hair after a week or so after doing this. hope i helped!

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

Hm.

Well.

When you wash it, wash it right when you get in the shower than wash it right before you get out.

And wash it daily...

And you might want to look for a shampoo specifically for oily hair.

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

youhave to put your hair back so it doesnt touch your face because that has been happening to me to and i dont get that many pimples any more

My hair's thick and kinda oily and I'm getting pimples from it?

its either because of the oils in your hair or because of hair (styling) products youre using (if any).

Guys and Facial Scars....?

Guys with Facial Scars...???

I had a nasty bike accident when I was seven. We lived in the mountains of NC. I hit a tree with my forehead. The forse was so hard it busted open. I have a scar from my left eye up thru my hairline.

I am very self conscious about it. I can't go anywhere with out a hat (security blanket), I wear my hair combed forward.

I work as a server. I always have people asking me what happened, it gets a little old. I feel like that is all people see.

Wondering if there are any other guys out there that have sars to deal with. Is there a support group for guys??

Thanks.

Guys and Facial Scars....?

I have a scar on my face.. and I am a girl.

My friends and I find that guys with scars are charming. It makes them unique.

It's like when you have a pimple - you feel like all people see is the pimple... but it's not true. YOU see it. Other see the 'whole' you!!

If possible, don't try to hide it too much as it will make it obvious you are hiding something.

You may talk to a dermatologist - they have all kind of treatments for scars now.

Good luck!

Guys and Facial Scars....?

ya do know that they have creams and stuff out now that will lighten up a scar so its not as noticable

Guys and Facial Scars....?

Dude chicks dig scars.. I have a scar on my forehead because i had a flesh eating disease/bacteria. I also have a scar on my chest from a accidental self inflected knife wound.. My girl friend pets that scar all the time and it feels great as for the scar on my forehead she noticed it once asked about it and never brought it up again...

Guys and Facial Scars....?

My husband has scars all over his body from being in the Marines and from years being a bouncer and security guard at bars and restaurants; some of the more noticable ones are a huge, long gash across his elbow and upper arm; a knotted, slit-like scar on his knee; a wide burn mark on his chest and too many small ones to count.

All I can say is, it takes a lot of work on self-esteem to be able to love yourself. My husband was very depressed and self-conscious when I met him but over the years, I've seen a marked improvement.

Above all, though I don't believe there are any support groups specifically for people with scars, I reccomend support groups for people with depression, who also deal with many issues of self-hatred and self-consciousness; however, with a group setting you might be uncomfortable at first...

Try to see a therapist for a while; she can hook you up with local support groups; I've noticed that many support groups are not very well advertised; I had post-partum depression after having my first baby and I had a hard time finding anyone at first - but a good, well-oriented therapist can help you out.

Try to look in the Yellow pages under mental health, social services, hotlines, etc. to see if there's anything that fits your needs.

You need to start to love yourself; and you'll realize that there are people around you that love you and don't really care much about your scars.

To be honest, I actually find my husband's scars sexy, in a way, and he didn't believe me at first but now he does.

Above all, scars can be covered with makeup. You can also rub the scar with Vitamin E serum or have it lightened with lasers; there are also scar bleaches you can purchase over-the-counter.

Guys and Facial Scars....?

* aloe vera jelly (externally)

* aloe vera juice (internally)

* shea butter

* silicia gel

* vitamin E oil (internally and externally, respective of its purpose)

* hydrogen peroxide

* eat veggies raw, when possible

Thinking about getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

I'm considering getting my hair cut tomorrow when my sister goes to get hers done, and I need some suggestions.

Currently, my hair is all one length, style-less, dark brown, painfully straight, and falls about three inches past my shoulders. I've had extremely short hair before, and extremely long, so I'm up for pretty much any style. I've heard that face shape is important when considering hair styles, so I'm providing a link to a picture of what my facial shape is - http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/2507/...

I want something cute that's relatively easy to style. Links to pictures and websites are highly sought after.

Thinking about getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

Hair cut style you choose aught to match with your face shape, however, most of us choose a hair cut because it looks hot on someone else. Most celebrity usually has their hair cut done every day, and model spends hours getting it just right.

Go to hairstyle pupular site for more information http://hairstyle.fateback.com

Thinking about getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

i suggest you just get it trimmed a little leave it long enough to tie up and maybe next time you could consider getting a perm?

Thinking about getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

keep it at it's current length.. or just trim it a bit.. and get it layered..it won't look that straight after you layer it

Thinking about getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

you should cut it bald with a nice line up and leave a tail

Thinking about getting my hair cut. Any suggestions?

Go to wig shop. And try different styles of wigs on you. You can decide what looks on you. Before you get your hair cut.
